Vimpasaari fishing and conference centre is located 10 km southeast from Hamina city centre, and is accessible by car.

In the main building there is a heated sunroom - an excellent spot for dinners or meetings around the year.

In the basement of the main building you find an exotic, charming pub. On the courtyard there is Laivasauna, an exclusive sauna for 10-12 persons, and also a traditional wood heated sauna. In Latobaari we have conference space for 50 people in the summertime and 30 in the winters.

We have accommodation space in the main building, and also in heated log sheds that were built in 18th century. Altogether we can accommodate 22 persons.

Vimpasaari offers good opportunities for swimming. We have a big breakwater surrounded marina that is suitable for vessels with draught as much as 2 meters making entering boats safe at all weather. In the winter you can also try ice hole swimming if you dare.

On the courtyard there are accommodation buildings, a barbeque and a e Laplander's hut for 25 persons that stays warm even in the coldest winter nights. The sauna and the fire room by the sea and their scenic views are sure to charm every visitor.

Activities:

In Vimpasaari you can do all kinds of traditional courtyard sports. There is also a 7-hole "golf course" built on a grass field. There is a nature trail between two villages, Mäntlahti and Vimpasaari, which takes about 1,5 hours to hike. In the Mäntlahti Lean-on Area it's also possible to drive demanding off-road courses with off-road vehicles. Fishing is possible in many forms around the year. In the winters we arrange snowshoe, ski and snowmobile treks.
